Our Corporate wellness classes are designed to aid and promote a holistic approach to employee wellbeing by creating an organizational culture of health. Our mission is to educate employees on the importance of creating healthy habits and the benefits of sticking to wellness goals to help prevent chronic diseases.
Is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training and alternating fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more.
Is aimed to improve daily living skills through better balance,
strength, flexibility and agility. These low impact classes
promote progressive movements where your training load is increased as your muscles become stronger.
Is done for the joy of stretching and stillness of mind. It focuses and invites beginners and participants who want to focus on stretching and breathing. It is a great way to disconnect during a stressful work day.
